Remembering Elijah L. Lewis

Our community suffered a tragic loss this past weekend when community activist, advocate, entrepreneur, connector, and youth leader was senselessly gunned down and killed. Elijah was a beloved soul who touched the lives of each and every person he came in contact with, and his gift was that he found a way to connect with everyone. Our community has suffered a deep loss, and we have all come together to continue his vision for a safer, more equitable, and diverse community.

There will be a celebration of life for Elijah on April 20th, 2023 at Sankofa Theater, with all proceeds going to the Elijah L. Lewis Foundation.
